
After Baby Pilates Workshop
Spend the afternoon learning how to safely rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength using Pilates and breathwork. In this workshop, you’ll learn proper breathing techniques and simple but effective exercises that will restore your mind-body connection to your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. We’ll also take time to review common issues that can occur post-natally (such as Diastasis and pelvic floor issues) and why and how to modify exercises so you have a solid background from which to approach your postnatal fitness regimen. You'll leave empowered with the tools you need to exercise safely in any situation. All exercises are Diastasis Recti friendly and aid in healing.
