Jump start your new year with 4 Saturday mornings of full body pilates workouts this January! In this series you'll learn simple but effective exercises to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor muscles to reduce back pain and re-align your body. We'll use breathing techniques and Diastasis Recti friendly exercises that will restore your mind-body connection to your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles along with strengthening and toning your arms, thighs, and booty.
*PLEASE NOTE: class will be suitable for all levels and experience. Even if you've taken pilates at Honey in the past, this class will rock your body mama! All exercises are Diastasis Recti friendly and aid in healing.
