In this 6 week course, you’ll learn proper breathing techniques and safe, gentle exercises that will restore your mind-body connection to your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Our focus is to rebuild your muscle strength and flexibility using the pilates principals of breath, centering, awareness, and alignment. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join you on the mat.
