Join Alyssa Ciapala (500 HR RYT) and I to see how the foundations of Pilates core strength, stability and alignment can enhance your yoga practice. Discover how to find and engage your entire core (not just the six-pack muscles!) and those smaller, accessory muscles to achieve a new dimension of balance and control on your mat. The workshop will consist of 3 parts in which we will explore core, side body (twisting and side bends), and back body work through the lens of Pilates and then apply the concepts in yoga poses.
