Reconnect to your core and pelvic floor to reduce back pain, re-align your body, and move with greater ease. In this 5 week course, you’ll learn proper breathing techniques and safe, gentle exercises that will restore your mind-body connection to your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles along with strengthening and toning of the arms and legs. All exercises are Diastasis Recti friendly and aid in healing. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join you on the mat.
