Calling all mamas! Kelli and I are excited to announce our first Prenatal Lengthen, Learn + Burn class! This class will be catered specifically to pregnant/ postpartum babes with an emphasis on proper core + pelvic floor activation and safe, effective, challenging exercises that are Diastasis and new mom friendly. We’ll also take some time to review the “why” behind the core activation and exercise modifications so you have a solid background from which to approach your pre or post natal fitness regimen. Format: 20 mins core activations/ belly breathing + learning, 30 mins Pilates, 30 mins LBS style Burn. We hope to see you there!
